The CEDO Sea School is accredited as a Competency Certification and Evaluation Entity (ECE475-21) before the Federal CONOCER Program , which allows us to train, evaluate and certify the competencies of people based on competency standards registered in the National Registry of Skills (RENEC).
If you are a person who, thanks to your work, has acquired experience in any of the Competency Standards offered by the CEDO Sea School, it is time to get certified and obtain an official document with national validity , issued by the National Council for Standardization and Certification of Labor Skills (CONOCER) and the Ministry of Public Education that recognize your experience.

Expresses the functions that a person performs, as well as the skills, knowledge and attitudes when applying good practices for the management of fishing products on board small vessels, considering the maintenance of clean conditions of the vessel, the fishing equipment and gear, and cleanliness. personnel, and the implementation of good practices during capture, separation, conservation, transport and unloading.

Monitoring of coastal fishing activity.
It expresses the functions that a person performs in monitoring coastal fishing activity, from preparing work equipment before starting work and washing it at the end of the day; obtain biological information, for which the organism indicated by the institution or work organization is measured and weighed and; Consult the fisherman to obtain socioeconomic, fishing, effort and fishing gear information.

ECO076 Standard
Evaluation of candidate competence based
on Competency Standards.
This EC contemplates the functions that a person performs to evaluate the competence of candidates based on Competency Standards, complying with the principles of transparency, impartiality and objectivity.
This Competency Standard is based on guiding criteria of legality, competitiveness, free access, respect, decent work and social responsibility.

What is a competency standard?
What is a competency standard?
It is the official document that serves as a reference to evaluate and certify the competence of people. The Competency Standard describes the set of knowledge, abilities, skills and attitudes that a person must have to carry out a work activity, with a high level of performance.
To develop a Competency Standard, the Competency Management Committee relies on technical groups of experts, who are trained by CONOCER in the process of developing the Standard.
What is a competency certificate for?
This document is issued by the Federal Government and validates your knowledge about the work you do and the way in which you carry it out.
