We all depend on the ocean, 40% of the world's population lives in coastal areas, and more than 3 billion people depend on the sea for their ways of life, society, economy and culture. Much of our food, including the oxygen in the air we breathe, comes from the sea.
Today I invite you to join CEDO, a non-profit organization that works in favor of the Environment and the Community in the northern and upper Gulf of California and the Sonoran Desert.
At CEDO we co-invest in nature-based solutions seeking community well-being. In the last 42 years we have affected nearly a million people who have passed through our education programs, thousands of fishermen and their families participate in fisheries improvement actions and hundreds of tourists are ambassadors of our work around the world.
